U.S. stocks rose for a second week.What's Happening This MorningAsia and Europe higher. S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 futures are higher by 16.10 and 29.50. Brent Crude is at $79.4 with gold at $1262.30 and natural gas at $5.10. The Up Dollar ETF (UUP) closed at $24.94 lower by -0.04%. Currencies see the Yen at 91.28 with the Pound at .67 and Euro at .81. The 20 Year Treasury ETF (TLT) closed at $97.69 lower by -0.16%.
